GAUNT and sunken-cheeked from a shocking sudden weight loss, overworked Julia Roberts’ pals fear she’s suffering from a deadly eating disorder.

The 50-year-old bag of bones is desperate to “be as thin as possible” for her Amazon thriller series, Homecoming, and has “lost about 35 pounds in just three months,” dishes an insider.

The stressed-out actress is also caring for her kids — 13-year-old twins Hazel and Finn, and Henry, 10 — and coping with a shredding marriage to cameraman Danny Moder, sources say.
