In a world exclusive, Priscilla’s German-born beau, Matthias Granic — who lives in a seniors-only Hemet, Calif., trailer park — reveals his surprising hookup with the 72-year-old beauty, who once lived like a queen and starred in the Naked Gun crime comedies.

A beefy, long-haired six footer — who resembles romance novel cover boy Fabio gone to pot — Granic, 58, says sparks flew when he bumped into the movie vixen at the celeb-studded Rio Vista Universal studios holiday party in L.A. last month.
