New photos show the troubled 56-year-old looking ragged — and insiders say the five-foot-seven star’s weight has suddenly plunged from 225 to 150 pounds as she grapples with setbacks and bad publicity she fears will send her career into a tailspin.

“Rosie looks terrible and is acting unstable and erratic,” says a source close to the mouthy jokester. “Her life is a mess and her health has gone downhill with it.
