Mary has a shocking suggestion for Rhona

Rhona’s mum, Mary, certainly has a way with words - often using all the wrong ones.

She’s at it again this week as she sees her daughter run ragged in the wake of Marlon’s stroke. At a point where Rhona really needs some reassurance and support, her mother suggests that she and Marlon separate!

Mary’s shock comment comes as Rhona is preparing for the next step in Marlon’s recovery. He’s been in hospital since his collapse four weeks ago, and had the lovely nurse Gail on hand for help, but now Rhona’s hoping to get him home, and Mary is worried.
