GHOSTS
NEW MONDAY / BBC1 / 8.30PM / EP 1 of 6 / COMEDY
O oh… There’s trouble brewing for the living and dead residents of rickety Button House as BBC1’s spooktacular sitcom Ghosts returns for a much-anticipated third series this week.
The new six-part run finds couple Alison and Mike (played by Charlotte Ritchie and Kiell SmithBynoe) still trying to make money from their inherited stately home, which they share with a group of troublesome yet endearing spectres.
And as they invite a documentary crew in and prepare to turn the gatehouse into a B&B, a mysterious arrival is set to bring turmoil.
TV Times caught up with the always-fun Charlotte, 31, and Kiell, 32, for a video chat to learn more...
What problems are Alison and Mike facing this time?
CHARLOTTE The documentary could help market the house, so Alison has to do PR, which she isn’t good at! Mike and Alison are also working out emotional stuff this series, so that’s nice to explore. We don’t know much about her parents or family, so we find out more.
