The troubled businessman is back living his billionaire lifestyle.

He’s tipped to be building a flashy “gigayacht” – the largest private cruise ship of its type in the world, to be completed next year at an estimated cost of $200 million.

But until then, businessman James Packer has had to make do with a much smaller vessel while holidaying in St Tropez.

Still, life doesn’t look too shabby for the 50-year-old billionaire, who appears to be back living his customary A-list lifestyle and was seen soaking up the delights of the French Riviera with his new girlfriend, New York socialite Kylie Lim, and a tight-knit group of friends.
