ANDROIDS VS HUMANS Her character in the sci-fidrama series Westworld has evolved with each season, the actress says. “Dolores is on a mission to kill. In the first season, she was the damsel, and in the second season she was like the Terminator. And now [she’s] a combination of the two,” Evan (32) says. She describes Dolores Abernathy, an android also known as the Deathbringer, as “multifaceted, fiercely intelligent but still vulnerable”.
The series, which is based on the 1973 film of the same name, is set in a futuristic Westernthemed amusement park where human guests pay to interact with “host” robots who are programmed to play along, but aren’t allowed to retaliate. But things go wrong when the robots start malfunctioning.
