Wanting to lose weight before the big day is a common theme in wedding preparation. From joining a gym to signing-up for pre-cooked meal plans, people will do just about anything to get the weight off. Following the popularity of shows like The Biggest Loser and The Swan, there have been a bevy of fitness camps that have opened with the average customer in mind - or so one would think.
