We boast about whole grains for good reason! They’re a great source of nutrients and fibre, which can help you feel full. Plus, eating at least three servings (48 grams) of whole grains per day has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes. While most packages list the total grams of whole grains, overall carbohydrate content is most important. Choose brands with less than 20 grams of carbs and at least 3 grams of fibre per serving.
