In the cosmetics and beauty sector, there are being changes on a daily basis. Women who were content with kohl and lipstick now wants the contouring and full make style even for normal day. Every square inch of skin and scalp has become an investment. Expensive international beauty products have started to decorate the make up kit because the Indian woman warrants a long term investment in her skin. A daily moisturizer was once a high make kit has become more than insufficient today. Generally, people have a wrong myth  that international brands have the power to really bring the flawless skin than than of the Indian products. Certain Indian products have reached internationally finally, marking it’s brand of the hometown unknown. And, there comes our new Indian Brands, finding their way to the top, marked their effectiveness, found on all top brand list. It is not easy  tap the foot on universal market! But, the three brands “VLCC, LOTUS and NYKAA” had really dressed well to walk along on the fashion parade with other international brand and have proved our Indian Beauty Product history “A dream to others and goal to us”.

It is not an one day dream, no mother fairy nor tinker bell spells the magic wand on you, just like the Cinderella or the beast turning handsome happens just like that and then you live happily ever after, but its all about the start of the real story “Long long ago there lived our story characters who thrived hard, motivated themselves, studied what life is, understood the meaning of hard-work and later luck plays the music; joining hands with them for the most beautiful ever after and the laurels they receive right now”.

Everyone in this world are given with opportunities. But, the difference is what the height you reach. It is not wrong if you were born poor; but it definitely wrong if you die poor ‘cuz there lies your self recognition. Our legends “ BIG 3 “ self made entrepreneurs have strived hard to taste the fruit of success. Recognition is not a one day photo shoot where the focus light glams the glitter on you; It is something where you are getting registered in people’s heart and mind forever. So its is very important to make sure that each step that is being stepped forward is a way towards success and laurels.

Food and health magazine always recognises the bestest out of the best. Being in the industry where beauty is on the top hit right from 16 to 60’s it is important that to seek the growth and variability of the product. It is not just easy to make the product as one of the top list; where the team building it along with the captain should make sure to maintain the growth that is reached and to move forward and not step back.
