In your opinion what is unique and special about Chennai?
The city has played a very crucial role in the traditional, historical and academic growth of the country, representing the different elements of the highest variety of the Dravidian civilization. Among Chennai’s greatest assets are its people, infectiously enthusiastic about their hometown; they won’t hit you with a lot of hustle and hassle. Recent years have thrown in a new layer of cosmopolitan glamour: luxe hotels, sparkling boutiques, quirky cafes, smart contemporary restaurants, and a sprinkling of swanky bars and clubs.
According to you what type of travellers visit Chennai?
Chennai is home to various large-scale Indian companies, as well as numerous international ones. Its main sectors are the software and financial services, the automobile and healthcare industries, as well as hardware manufacturing because of which we have quite a number of International travellers for business and our city has registered growth in domestic tourists when compared to last year.
What are the reasons for positioning your property in the current location?
