Tell us a little bit about yourself?
I am first generation American, both of my parents are from Serbia. I grew up in the Northern part of the United States (Minnesota) on the largest lake in the world, Lake Superior.
What are some of your hobbies and interests outside of the gym?
I love the outdoors and I’ve always loved sports, I played soccer my whole life and it is still my favourite sport. I also love to workout (I really do!), travel and hang out with my little girl and my dog.
What got you inspired to train, and who motivates you?
There are two people who motivate me: my little girl and my sister. My sister is in a wheelchair after a terrible car accident when she was 18. She has always been my biggest fan, coming to all my soccer games and supporting me through the craziness that is modelling. What are some of your favourite exercises to do? My favourite exercises are those that focus on my glutes. I am 1.75m, fairly tall, so growing my glutes has always been a struggle for me. I have found that doing American hip thrusts and banded, walking sumo squats have helped me grow my glutes quite a bit.
