Everyone has their own special story about how they got involved in health and fitness. Could you tell us a little bit about your journey to where you are today?

I have always been interested in health and fitness since my late teens. I would always love the way the females would look so strong and sexy. Aside of that, I wanted to look and feel good too. I started my fit journey when I started my mainstream career in movies and commercials. I was born and raised in South Florida where the weather is beautiful, the people are glamourous, and many opportunities.

I was able to use my fitness expertise and skills during a rough patch in life and it basically kept me sane.

After 20 years of practicing a healthy and fit lifestyle, I decided to train on a more serious level for NPC Figure Competitions.

I spent about 3 years on the development process, and entered about 5 Figure Competitions. My last figure Competition was about 3 years ago from now and I basically took home the Trophies and won every division I entered. I was very content and happy with the outcome. I decided from there on to maintain an every day fit physique by doing my favorite workout 2x per week called Pilates with Kimberly Wexler / Body Symmetree. I incorporate Pilates into my Weight Lifting schedule weekly.

What is your typical workout routine?

My workout routine is not exactly the same everyday. I like to mix it up, and just remain active.

Sometimes I start with 30 minutes on my exercise bike at home depending on my weight training regime for that specific day. For example, on my Leg Workout day (Quads or Hamstrings/Glutes) and rest day I prefer to do cardio in the morning following a light breakfast of 1 pack oats and Vegan Protein shake.
