Floating on air
Keen to nurture their connection with nature, Neil and Tracy Mulder asked architect Dal Venables of DMV Architecture to design their home at St Francis Links Golf Estate with this intention in mind. “A lot of inspiration was drawn from the site,” explains Dal. “The house was positioned as far forwards to the north as possible to maximise the link to a nearby greenbelt, while still creating privacy from neighbours and protection from the wind.”
