1 CLEAN AND SIMPLE
Patterned floor tiles are very popular at the moment. To let them shine, keep the rest of the bathroom simple. This streamlined vanity accommodates two basins and plenty of storage space in the drawers. The narrow black frames on the mirrors and the outline on the vanity keep the look modern and graphic.
2 DRAMA QUEEN
Many existing pieces of furniture, including antiques, can be converted into vanity units. For this bathroom, interior designer Danela Conti used a burled walnut Biedermeier-style cabinet from On Site Gallery to which she added a marble top and two deck-mounted basins. Above it she hung hand-carved frames from India which were painted white and fitted with mirror. Adding the final touch are wall lights designed by Danela and hand-beaded in her studio.
