Not everyone is a compulsive shooter considering the fact that they might not have a dedicated camera like a point and shoot or a DSLR to take pictures.
But that doesn’t really mean that someone who does not have separate camera would not be able to take good pictures. Today, it is a common trend to ditch the bulky DSLR camera when going on a vacation. As smartphones have become more and more advanced, people prefer to carry the lightweight shooters. Smartphones are now packed with advanced image sensors to record maximum details of a scene. Manufacturers have included features like optical and electronic stabilisation, slow motion and 4K videos for some smartphones making them as good as individual cameras. If you are going on a vacation and intend to take pictures only using your phone camera then go ahead. We have you covered with some useful tips on maximising your phone camera’s performance.
KEEP YOUR PHONE CHARGED
It always necessary to be ready when it comes to shooting pictures. If you have a smartphone that is fully charged, you can easily take hours of videos and photos. If your phone does not hold the battery for a long time, carry a portable power-bank and charge the phone when necessary. Remember to charge the power-bank as well, so you do not run out of charge completely.
USE PHONE MOUNTABLE LENSES
A lot of third party manufacturers have come up with small lenses that can be attached to a smartphone camera to change the angle of view or the magnification or zoom. These set of lenses are fairly inexpensive and can be found and ordered online. The lenses are designed in a way so that they fit most of the smartphones without much fuss. A clip which attaches to the smartphone secures the lens in its position in line with the camera of the smartphone.
