Bhoy On The Road Gets Set For Toughest Trip So Far
Celtic View|Vol 53 Issue 16

DAVID Edgar may have already clocked up almost 50 miles on his bike so far this season but, from his point of view, the trip to Aberdeen for Celtic’s clash tonight (Wednesday), is where the real test begins.

Bhoy On The Road Gets Set For Toughest Trip So Far

David has set himself the incredible challenge of cycling to each and every one of Celtic’s 19 away league matches throughout the course of the season to help raise invaluable funds for Celtic FC Foundation.

To date, the challenge has seen him cycle to Firhill, Rugby Park, New Douglas Park and Ibrox, taking in 48.47 miles. David’s cycle to Pittodrie, however, will make his achievements thus far look comparatively easy as he prepares for the 180-mile journey.

David said: “The way the fixtures have fallen has made it quite an easy start for me, to be honest, as none of the initial four matches were particularly far away.
