This is when you’ve irritated the person to the extent they stop focusing on everything else and have their eyes on you. This is mostly common during formal meetings where you’re voicing your opinion with so much passion and confidence that it infuriates your coworker who thinks that their spotlight is being taken away by you. Thus, the best way to manage this is not reacting at all, as they’re simply jealous and you shouldn’t breathe in this negativity for no reason. Nevertheless, don’t bring another person down to make your mark as most people may not like you for.
