Anandita De talks to us about healthy living and what it takes to be a fitness blogger.
GRAZIA: Tell us about your fitness journey. When and how did it begin?
ANANDITA DE: I was overweight as a child. Being the youngest in my family, I was constantly pampered and overfed. I couldn’t wear the same clothes as my older sisters or friends. It was an instant motivator for me to make better lifestyle choices. When Instagram just launched, I began sharing my workout videos (which was definitely not common back then) and it garnered attention from all over the world. The positive response is what led me to launch my blog Risque by Ana De, where one of the main facets is fitness.
G: Which forms of exercise do you practice, and which are your favourites?
