7AM I love music, and like to 4 wake up to it. My wake-up call is my favourite gut songs, like "Intergalactic" by Beastie Boys, "Last Nite" by The )4,1 Ilt Strokes, and Smashing Pumpkins's "1979". I then check social media and my e-mail accounts; on average, I get about 200 e-mails daily. Before starting the day, I have a hearty fruit-based breakfast and green tea from Wee Tea, a small Scottish tea company that I can't do without since discovering it. My days can get very long, so skincare these days includes natural anti-ageing products to refresh the skin, which prepares me for the day ead.

8AM Being active is a huge part of my life, and every morning, I do free-body workouts for an hour with my personal trainer. If I have time, I like to train outdoors in the park and energise myself. I don't quite have a uniform for work, so after a good shower, I get dressed in sweatshirts or shirts, worn with formal trousers and sneakers.
