TO AVOID DURING PREGNANCY

Exercise

Yes, you should exercise during pregnancy, but for the next nine months, there are some exercises that you should avoid.

If you’re an exercise fanatic, pregnancy can feel like a huge roadblock in your way. However, there really is no need for you to stop exercising completely just because you’re pregnant. Working out while your body gradually expands as baby grows can help you ease the discomfort that comes with pregnancy. Just as long as you stay away from vigorous exercises that will put you and your baby in harms way.

3 BENEFITS OF EXERCISING DURING PREGNANCY

Exercising during pregnancy will do wonders for your expanding body. The reasons why you should keep exercising provided that it’s nothing too forceful are countless, but we’ve listed a few, and they are:

1. IT KEEPS YOUR WEIGHT UNDER CHECK

Obviously you will gain weight during your pregnancy, but if you are already overweight, you may want to keep a tab on your weight gain. Working out will help you manage your pregnancy weight better.

2. IT CAN REDUCE THE RISK OF PREGNANCY INDUCED HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
