Camilla, Duchess of Cornwell, used last week’s royal trip to Canada to deliver a face-to-face message to Prince Harry’s girlfriend: ‘You’re not welcome in the royal family’.

While the 69-year-old’s three-day tour may have seemed like official palace duty, sources tell New Idea that the meddling royal had an ulterior motive. Concerned that American actress Meghan Markle isn’t good enough for Prince Harry, Camilla had orchestrated an angry showdown with the Suits star.

‘Camilla is not a fan of Meghan and told her just that,’ the palace insider says. ‘She’s long thought Meghan isn’t good enough for Harry and told her that she’s not welcome in the royal family.

‘Camilla believes that only people from London’s high society and royal families around Europe should marry into the British aristocracy. The fact that Meghan is a divorced Hollywood actress makes Camilla dislike her immensely.
