And now, eight Australian celebrities travel to the US location of the hit film to relive some of its most memorable moments and learn that famous final dance scene – lift and all. WHAT IT’S ABOUT

Ten years after Patrick Swayze’s death from pancreatic cancer, The Real Dirty Dancing pays homage to the actor and one of his most famous roles, Johnny Castle.

To raise awareness for pancreatic cancer research, eight celebrities travel to Dirty Dancing’s real-life location in Virginia, where they work with choreographers Todd McKenney and Kym Johnson to learn the dance moves made famous by the film.
