WHAT AGE SHOULD PARENTS START GETTING THEIR KIDS INVOLVED IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITY?

Children under 10 should enjoy natural daily activities, like running, skipping, and play. Children over 10 should be starting to partake in physical activity that raises their heart rate for at least 30 minutes a day. This can be through extracurricular activities like weekend sport, dance, gymnastics, or athletics.

That being said, some children at a very young age are drawn to sport or movement. My son, Axel, who’s 5, enjoys judo and swimming. Just allow them to explore and find things they enjoy naturally.

CAN YOU SUGGEST SOME EASY WAYS IN WHICH PARENTS CAN INCLUDE THEIR KIDS IN THEIR EXERCISE ROUTINE?
