We’ve spent much of the past year confined to our homes, churning out loaves of banana bread and poring over well-thumbed takeaway menus in the hope there’s a dish we’ve not yet tried. The reopening of restaurants has provided a welcome relief, tantalising our taste buds in a year when we’re keen to make up for lost time by stuffing ourselves silly, and there’s no better way to satisfy both hunger and wanderlust than with a food-themed adventure.
