When you have to stay in and make your own meals for weeks and months, even your favorite meals can become dullsville. Before long you start to get lazy and want to make something easy and fast, like spaghetti, but the spaghetti sauces all begin to taste the same. What now? Go seafood!!!
Here are what you will need:
lettuce
shallot
scallions
cilantro
basil
bell peppers
ginger
grape tomatoes
You may add cubes of avocado, cantaloupe, or honeydew or all 3. Wash everything from the list above and chop them in small pieces. Shallot and ginger can make the taste spicy so you may omit them if you cannot handle the heat.
shrimp
squid your choice of fish and other seefood
sugar
fish sauce
limes and finally, gluten-free spaghetti noodle.
