We are blown away by your drive and professionalism. Can you tell us what some of the things that motivate you to stay on top of your game are? Thank you so much! Well, my followers on Instagram know this because I preach it all the time, but I don’t believe in motivation. Motivation is fleeting but consistency and discipline for my future self is what keeps me in the game both mentally and physically. It’s about me holding me accountable in every aspect of my life.
