YOGA is the best workout for builders while office staff attempt martial arts, according to a new study.
Sports science expert Dr Peter Angell analysed different jobs to identify the ideal routines to help people perform at their best.
He said: “It’s not a case of one size fits all when it comes to exercise, so it’s important that people evaluate their lifestyle when devising their routine.
