They were among six people taken to hospital after the incident at Planet Fun in Carrickfergus, Co Antrim.
It is understood the swing ride broke with families on the chairs. Six patients were taken to hospital after assessment and treatment at the scene near the harbour.
NIAS received a 999 call at 5.53pm reporting a number of people had suffered injuries after a ride broke while in use.
