Six brides drew attention here when they rode an M113 armored personnel carrier (APC) – and not a bridal car – to their wedding on Saturday at the headquarters of the Fourth Mechanized Infantry Battalion (4th MIB) in Barangay Nangka here.
Resplendent in their white gowns and carrying bouquets of red and white roses, the brides filed into the cramped APC on their way to the 4th MIB’s multi-purpose hall where their grooms were waiting.
A pair of Army sentries saluted them before they left for the wedding venue.
