Jollibee Foods Corporation revealed this strong appetite for its bestseller Chickenjoy as the Filipino fast-food chain opened its Jollibee European flagship restaurant in London’s West End as it aims to take a bigger bite of the UK’s GBP1.2 billion fried chicken market.
With hundreds of customers lining up, Jollibee reported that its debut in London West End exceeded opening day sales records from its recent Leeds, Leicester City, and Liverpool debuts.
JFC noted that half of the customers were local Londoners wanting a taste of Jollibee’s bestseller menu.
