Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao has given a call for the success of the special 30-day action plan to turn Telangana villages into model villages in the country and this could happen only with extensive pubic participation.
The 30-day action plan will begin on September 6 to change the profile of the villages for the better and people should be able to celebrate the Dussera festival in a clean environment. As part of the massive effort to bring a qualitative change in gram panchayats, the government gave required powers, responsibilities and funds, he said.
