If you have been experiencing too much stress and can’t stop worrying about factors that are simply out of your control, try out these tips. They may not magically make your stress go away but they will help you cope with it in a healthier way.

1 LESSEN YOUR TIME ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Social media has been a great tool for people in these times. We are all trying to help each other out. While it’s good to be educated about news around the world, remember to draw the line where necessary. Constant exposure to overwhelming news, reportedly, can trigger anxiety, especially when you’re already battling with your own problems. Stay informed, but take some time off when necessary.
