Pre-Norah, my social media had no value! When she was about a year old, I'd started posting about her and down syndrome. It was honestly a cry for help-| hoped if I'd written about it, someone would reach out to me and tell me what to do to take care of her, because I didn't have anybody relevant that I could reach out to. There is so much stigma around it, even talking about it is like walking on egg shells. I felt like I just needed to put it out there, JOURNEY and that's how my on the internet began.
