1 HYDRATE
Fasting can take its toll on your body, especially if you’re not used to it. Stay alert and curb your hunger by drinking lots of water. It’s a great way to detox your body and does wonders for your skin. Daily intake must be half your body weight in ounces. For example, a person who is 140 pounds should drink seventy ounces of water (2,070 milliliters).
