Sensitive people listen through their heart. They may not be worldly wise, but they are truly saintly. We are taught that one should not cry but isn't crying important to purify the soul? As tears roll down the cheeks, all the suppressed emotions that have piled up and are tormenting us inside flow out. It doesn't solve the problem though it does help to some extent, like the kiss of a mother to a wounded infant.
