RAD...

BAD...
There's no uplift, so you have to make your own way to the top
Shorter trails than many UK bike parks
The aptly-named Mountain View is the newest bike park in South Wales, and it's steadily growing. Located in Caerphilly and run by Sunset Cycles, it's home to dirt jumps, cross-country trails, pump tracks and some huge gaps. With a spectacular view of the village of Gwaelod-y-garth, it sits just north of Cardiff and is easily accessed from the M4.
We want quality over quantity when it comes to bike parks, and what MV Bike Park lacks in the latter, it makes up for with its user-friendliness and diverse variety of trails. It has short blue and red loops, a green family trail (where bike trailers are permitted), two pump tracks plus dirt jump lines and flow trails ranging from blue berms through to red tabletops and fearsome black-graded jumps.
