The 19-year-old, ITF Junior-winning tennis player explains that aerobic fitness is the key to maintaining a good match form in long games.
How long have you been involved in sports and tennis?
I started playing tennis at the age of five. My biggest achievement so far is winning the ITF Junior Singles Title in 2015, and in doing so became the first Singaporean male to win a singles title. I also won the Southeast Asian men's Tournament Singles Gold in 2017. I continue to be passionate about sport and tennis, and have been training at least 25 hours a week since I was 15.
