Dosirak serves up bibimbap in double quick time, with quality and prices that are hard to beat.
THE PLACE
Dosirak takes the concept of the Korean bibimbap to a new level of convenience, with their individual takeaway bowls and a ready menu of tasty, fresh ingredients. It’s a lot like a very healthy fast food option in that you can eat straight out from one bowl.
Started just over three years ago by brothers Edward and Eugene Chia, they took advantage of their half-Korean parentage and the fact that their mother’s family is still in the food business to come up with their own business idea.
