We check into Fitness Bravo, an independent training studio that is all about helping people get fit at their own pace.
For many of us, building all-round fitness can be a difficult process, simply because we are so used to maintaining one form of exercise. While running drills do help with activity specific conditioning, shaking things up with functional resistance exercises can be both fun and challenging.
THE PLACE
Fitness Bravo is a medium-sized studio located along North Bridge Road, just a short a walk from the iconic Sultan Mosque. Located in a converted ground floor space of a row of shophouses, there is actually plenty of floor space here, with separate sections and a large changing room at the rear.
Chief Trainer Johnny Yeo, who is also the owner of the facility, tells us that the people coming through the door are typically those that want to drop some weight and get fitter at the same time, typically through personal training.
