Chicago is a major hub for both national and international travel, served by O’Hare (18 miles west of downtown) and Midway (13 miles south) international airports. The Chicago Transit Authority operates robust bus and “L” train service (eight lines). Purchase unlimited ride passes ranging from one up to 30 days. Rideshares and taxis are plentiful, or opt for the city’s bike-share program, Divvy, with more than 600 stations across the city at $15 for a day pass.
