The BBQ lunch hosted by Novotel Goa Resort & Spa in their new restaurant Vero Cibo offered not only the most palatable cuisine for the Easter brunch, but also stunning views of the lush green paddy fields, and the rolling hills of Candolim while the brunch was devoured!
THE brunch was in the luxuriant green lawns and beside the pool which also sports barstools and an easy access to the pool side bar. The herb garden tucked away next to the restaurant had a wide array of exotic herbs growing, right from lemon grass to thyme and mint. Priced reasonably, the brunch offered a great way to celebrate Easter with food, games and a cool splash in the pool in beautiful surroundings.
There was a variety of exciting games organized which left the children and the grownups competing ardently for the prizes on offer if they won! The feast covered a selection of Easter delicacies, with the Mediterranean, Western & Seafood cuisine served al fresco and in the restaurant.
The thriving BBQ station served a delightful assortment of meats like pork, lamb and beef with a variety of marinates to suit every palate. It was hot and enticing and left you coming back for refills! The fresh breads section covered an extravagant selection of Mediterranean and European bakes that complimented the salads and the meats. The range of foods available was aesthetically displayed and described on little black boards making it easy to choose from.
