THE PREQUEL TO SUCCESS

Much before receiving his wake-up call, Mr. Bhupinder Singh was just like any other average Indian who delinquently dawdles life for a not-so-worthy 9-5 job, which often stretches beyond the clock. He worked as a petty salesman in a small firm selling night suits and ladies nightwear. Though his job was not a glamorous affair, he never considered it as anything less illustrious than the first step to his success. He toiled through the ladders of business from a junior salesman to becoming the senior salesperson, but it was neither the position nor the money he was hungry for; rather it was his thrust for knowledge and network that kept him pushing the envelope further each passing day. He was happy, but not satisfied. A big bollywood buff, Mr. Singh, has grown up to movies that portray stories larger than life, dramas that change destiny and heroism that inspires dreaming. He watched a video of Shah Rukh Khan where the king declared his desire to enter the big entertainment industry, even though he did not have a godfather or so, he was determined to carve his own niche. The words of this big charmer moved Mr. Singh to the core of his heart and he pledged to do the same in his own realm. When Mr. Singh visited the Gurudwara on the Sunday evening, Mr. Singh offered a 2 rupee coin in his prayers and took back a one rupee coin as his blessings to enlightenment. It came with a promise that gave him the courage to shed his doubts, surrender to the supreme and live his dream. With his newfangled jest, he quit his job and turned his head towards entrepreneurship with just that one rupee coin in his pocket.
