Kagiso's Getting The Chop

Actor takes part in campaign to raise awareness on circumcision.

ACTOR, Kagiso Modupe (33), who is popularly known for his character as Mangi Nyani on e.tv’s Scandal!, has been making news recently with his circumcision campaign. Talking to Move!, Kagiso says he took the decision to get circumcised because it is the right thing to do and he wants to protect his family.

THE CIRCUMCISION CAMPAIGN 

“Honestly, I never thought about getting circumcised, it never bothered me or my partner; we were both okay with it,” says the actor.

“However, I kept on seeing ads on TV about the importance of circumcision and I learnt that it can help and change my life. I’m now doing it because it’s the right thing to do. I want to protect myself from cancer and also protect my partner.”
