CBT, or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, works by helping us understand how our mood, subconscious thoughts and behaviours are linked. It gives us the tools we need to break our concerns down into more manageable chunks.
The way we think has a profound impact on our behaviour and CBT helps us recognise the interplay between them.
