Kevin Clifton reveals why he regrets quitting Strictly Come Dancing

A firm fans’ favourite as a Strictly Come Dancing professional, Kevin Clifton made it to the final in five out of his seven years on the show. So it came as a huge surprise when the 38-year-old quit back in March to ‘pursue other interests’.

Kevin was due to be starring in musical stage shows Burn the Floor and Baz Luhrmann’s Strictly Ballroom this year, but all his work has been postponed until next year due to the ongoing pandemic.

In light of this, Kevin has confessed recently that he regrets his decision to quit Strictly when he did.

Speaking on his podcast The Kevin Clifton Show, he said, ‘Who knows if I’ll go back to Strictly? Never say never.
