Simon Cowell shocked everyone when he revealed his new body on a family holiday to Cabo, Mexico, recently. The X Factor judge – who recently turned 60 – was on holiday with his son Eric, five, and girlfriend Lauren Silverman, 42, when he showed off his ripped physique while downing a green juice. He was looking a hell of a lot trimmer than a year ago when there’s no denying he had more curves.

While Simon has denied having a gastric band, medical director of Cosmedics, Dr. Ross Perry, tells Woman that he may have had a little help to get his toned torso.
