After delivering an emotional performance in front of millions for the Fire Fight Australia concert last weekend, Delta Goodrem should have been on cloud nine. However, after receiving a series of disturbing messages from an unknown man, she’s too scared to leave her apartment.
The disturbing incident occurred on Valentine’s Day, when James Lafferty refused to leave the foyer of her apartment complex in Sydney’s CBD. The 47-year-old pensioner from Grafton lingered around reception all day while sending her numerous messages on social media, telling her to “please come down and meet me” and “I honestly love you Delta, my soulmate forever.”
POLICE CALLED
The concierge told the man to leave but he returned the next day. When Delta, 35, came down to collect a dress, James stood up and shouted, “Delta, Delta!”
