The glamorous red-carpet queen oozed confidence and calm as she attended a war memorial at St Paul’s Cathedral in London on June 28, with many fans putting her happiness down to the fact her bitter custody dispute has finally been settled.

But Woman’s Day can reveal there’s another reason Angelina is finally smiling again and it’s all thanks to hunky British actor Ed Skrein.

“She’s head over heels,” tells a well-placed insider, who claims Angelina and her Maleficent 2 co-star have fallen for each other on set in London. “From the moment they met, Angelina and Ed just had this insane chemistry.

“The spark was unmistakable and things have moved very fast.”

As we reported in May, Angelina, 43, had her sights set on Ed, 35, before they even met. Now the pair have become inseparable since starting work on the film. And the mum-of-six has confided in friends that Deadpool and Game of Thrones actor Ed – a dad to seven-year-old son Marley – has given her new hope for the future.
