Jennifer Aniston has never been one to shy away from standing up to the rumbling rumour mill and now, fed up with constant whisperings about her love life, she’s gearing up for an explosive interview in which she plans to reveal how Brad Pitt saved her from misery.

In the televised two-hour sit-down with close friend and TV host Ellen DeGeneres, a source tells Woman’s Day that Jennifer wants to address those persistent Brad reunion stories and tell the truth about her split from Justin Theroux.

“Jen’s sick of the rumours and, like every other time it becomes too much, she’s decided to speak out and set the record straight once and for all,” says our source. “Her good friend Ellen offered to do the interview shortly after her split from Justin, which Jen was initially hesitant about.

“But after weeks of rumours and stories flying around about her divorce, she feels like it’s time to defend herself and says what better way than to do it with one of her best friends, who she feels incredibly at ease and comfortable with.”

First up, Jennifer, 49, wants to use the interview to reveal what really happened between her and Justin, 46, and why they filed for divorce in February, after two years of marriage.
